Commercial Property Listing Options

STLComRE.com currently offers commercial property owners and representatives 3 options to post their properties. There is no Membership required for visitors to view all listings at STLComRE.com. All listings are manually reviewed to meet the criteria specified in the STLcomRE.com Terms and Conditions. If listings do not meet specified criteria, submitted information will not be posted on STLcomRE.com and payment will be forfeited.

How it works:

Read and Agree to our Terms and Conditions
Purchase your listing through Google Checkout
Submit your listing
Once you have purchased and submitted your listing, an STLComRE Representative will email you with the following information:
a) if the listing is approved for STLComRE.com
b) when the listing will be posted STLComRE.com

Please note that by clicking on any 'Buy Now' buttons and/or purchasing any listing space, you are agreeing to the STLComRE Terms and Conditions.

NOTE: All non-commercial listings, i.e. residential/Home listings will be rejected and the Listing Fee will be forfeited. Multi-Family homes of four or less units are considered Residential for the purposes of this website.

Standard Commercial Listing

Your listing will be viewable by every STLComRE.com visitor for 90 Days

Price: $10 (Only $0.11/Day)

Featured Commercial Listing

Your listing will be Featured at the top of all searches for the category your property is listed in
Your listing will be viewable by every STLComRE.com visitor for 90 Days

Price: $20 (Only $0.22)

Premium Home Page Commercial Listing*

Your Listing will appear on the home page of STLComRE.com for 7 Days
Your Listing will be Featured at the top of all searches for the category your property is listed in
Your Listing will be viewable by every STLComRE.com visitor for 90 Days

Price: $30 (Only $0.33/Day)

*Premium Listings are limited to One listing every 7 Days. STLComRE.com will maintain a backlog of 10 Featured listings at a time. Premium Listing Purchasers will recieve notice of the week their listing will appear on the Home Page of STLComRE.com. Premium Listing availability will be made unavailable temporaily, after a backlog of 10 listings is reached.

Custom Orders

If you wish to purchase 5 or more listings at once, use the contact us form to place your order.

Provide us with a valid email address, and select Custom Orders from the "I want to know more about" Drop down menu.

In the Comments section specify the type and quantity of listings you want. You can buy any combination of standard, featured and premium listings. If there are not enough premium listings available, they will automatically be reduced to featured listings.

You will receive an invoice for your order from Google Checkout. Once payment has been made, you can begin posting your listings.
